REFUNDS, EXCHANGE AND POSTAGE and HANDLING CHARGES

X rated helmets will not be responsible for you ordering the wrong size helmet ,

X rated will exchange any helmet purchased from this site if the helmet has not been worn or used and is in brand new condition [ please dont waste your time or ours trying to return a helmet that has been worn, we can tell if a helmet has been worn ] .Return the helmet [helmet bag] and box with all attaching pads [if any] and safety manuals and must be returned in brand new condition with a reciept of purchase from this site for exchange , postage must be pre paid .We will then recharge you the freight fee to resend your exchanged item.

X rated will not be responsible for postage charges,all postage charges will be the responsability of the customer.

REFUNDS : are only available to helmets that have not been worn or used, all refunds will attract a $25 handling fee surcharge deducted from the purchase price of the helmet as of the 1st of January 2010
